This years Fall trip to the Smokies is by far the best yet, of course I say this every year, but from a technical standpoint I must say that the new method of back button focus is the best at holding focus I have ever learned along with using live view to zoom in on focus points to hold focus. Time wise I feel we are just a little ahead of peak color. There is still a lot of things that have not turned yet but then the week is not over yet. If the rain that is suppose to hit us on Thursday will hold off or not be what they are calling for this could be a game changer as far as seeing peak colors come forth. That of course is a God thing and we are just so blessed to be here anytime of year for sure.
